Job Description

Stapp Interstate Toyota is a family-owned dealership with a rich history of 46 years in the automotive industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the sales process from beginning to end, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Compensated for selling new and used vehicles, finance/lease contracting, warranty/insurance products, and vehicle accessories.
  • Work closely with customers to find the perfect vehicle, utilizing current inventory information and demonstrating vehicle features.
  • Assist customers in completing sales applications and present available F&I products.
  • Disclose customer paperwork in a compliant and ethical manner, presenting available accessories.

Requirements:

  • Previous automotive sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Enthusiastic and high-energy individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing and friendly, with the ability to handle objections and provide quality customer service.
  • Strong business acumen, including proficiency in basic math and the ability to learn and use Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs.
