Daily Responsibilities
Envision starting your day at 21st Century Equipment LLC, preparing to connect with agricultural producers in your designated territory. As an Inside Sales Associate, your primary focus will be on cultivating robust customer relationships and identifying their specific needs. With extensive knowledge of John Deere agricultural machinery and competing brands, you will assist customers in selecting both new and pre-owned equipment, as well as technology solutions and value-added services. Your responsibilities will include crafting customized sales strategies, monitoring market competition, and staying informed about financing options and incentive programs. You will support integrated solutions, encompassing agronomic decision support and machine optimization, and participate in demonstrations of new equipment in the field. Each day will present fresh challenges and opportunities to demonstrate your expertise and drive sales success.

Qualifications
- Understanding of current agricultural trends
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as necessary
- Physical capability to safely operate, mount, dismount, secure, and transport equipment
- Ability to sit, stand, and squat for extended periods
- Capacity to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
- Strong mathematical skills
- Proficient computer skills
Experience in account management or direct sales within the agricultural equipment sector is highly desirable. However, we are open to mentoring candidates who possess the right attitude. A bachelor's degree in business or an agricultural field is preferred but not mandatory.
