WORK SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
+ On-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Manage pharmacy expenditures to align with or surpass budgeted costs per prescription.
- Provide leadership and guidance to foster an effective team, continuously enhancing associate performance.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and participate in regular business reviews.
- Collaborate with Client Services and Sales teams to effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Implement, uphold, and report on essential processes.
- Ensure pharmacy operations comply with all regulatory standards.
- Promote dispensing efficiency and accuracy, managing the dispensing workflow to exceed company objectives.
- Oversee staffing and scheduling to optimize productivity and manage labor costs.
- Handle pharmacy personnel matters, including recruitment, evaluations, disciplinary actions, and payroll oversight.
- Manage physical inventory to meet client expectations and company targets.
- Execute company, regional, and district policies, processes, and initiatives.
- Provide timely and precise reports as necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Conduct all responsibilities in accordance with the company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
Qualifications
Education:
- Required: Bachelor's degree
- Preferred: MBA; PharmD
Experience:
- Required: Management/supervisory experience; background in pharmacy/healthcare
- Preferred: P&L accountability; experience in long-term care.
Skills:
- Required: Proficient computer skills.
- Preferred: Business/financial acumen; understanding of pharmacy regulations; long-term care pharmacy; performance management.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Required: As mandated by state regulations; valid driving record and proof of auto insurance.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Required: Results-driven; adept in planning and organizing; strong communication skills (oral/written); effective people management; strategic and analytical thinking; teamwork.
