Job Overview
$3,000 Sign-On Bonus & $3.00/hour Float Differential
The Community Pharmacy Technician plays a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction while adhering to industry standards to ensure a secure and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Pharmacist in the preparation and dispensing of medications.
- Process and adjudicate insurance claims.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager.
This position is integral to the operations of HealthPartners.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma.
- Registered technician in Wisconsin, required prior to commencement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharmacy Technician certification.
- Current or recent experience in hospital and/or retail pharmacy settings.
