Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Innovation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with international R&D teams, participate in product planning and future innovation roadmap processes, and take a hands-on approach to advanced development and prototyping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with international R&D teams to design, develop, and launch new products.
  • Participate in product planning and future innovation roadmap processes to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement advanced development and prototyping strategies to prove feasibility.
  • Lead competitive analysis and teardowns to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to collaborate with global teams and attend industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to organize and execute a strategy.
  • Goal-oriented and self-managed with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge of and experience with standard fabrication tools and prototyping methods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • History of working with global colleagues and experience with HVAC systems.
