Join Our Team as a Regional Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Regional Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Genesis HealthCare. As a Regional Float CNA, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple skilled nursing centers within a geographic area, providing high-quality care to our patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients and residents
  • Perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services
  • Work a minimum of two (2) shifts a week, including every other weekend or full-time hours
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language
  • Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn
  • Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification
