Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regional Financial Service Associate to join our team at Five County Credit Union. As a Regional Financial Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, processing transactions, and promoting financial products and services to meet the needs of our members.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional member service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with credit union policies and regulations.
Promote financial products and services to members, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products that meet their needs.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives, while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a financial services industry, preferably in a member-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and take initiative when necessary.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
