Job Title: Regional Financial Service Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Regional Financial Service Associate to join our team at Five County Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, helping them achieve their financial goals, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to members, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist members with a variety of account requests, resolutions, and inquiries, including adding or removing owners, account changes, and service set ups.
  • Process account applications, perform required and regulatory verifications, and onboard new members with a suite of products.
  • Identify and successfully cross-sell products and services that contribute to the financial well-being of members.
  • Maintain knowledge of the payroll process for direct deposit and payroll deductions.
  • Ensure confidentiality and preservation of member records, transactions, and company assets.
  • Represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner to members, other credit unions, industry affiliates, the community, and all media channels.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Basic math and computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Reliable transportation and attendance are a must.
