Regional Financial Service Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regional Financial Service Associate to join our team at Five County Credit Union. As a Regional Financial Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, processing transactions, and promoting financial products and services to meet the needs of our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional member service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with credit union policies and regulations.
- Promote financial products and services to members, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products that meet their needs.
- Assist members with account openings, closings, and changes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental and credit union goals, maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial services or customer service role, preferably in a credit union or banking environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with credit union policies and regulations.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
