Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis to join our team at Conexus Recruiting. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial planning and analysis processes that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop financial models, systems, and processes that provide critical insights to inform business decisions
  • Lead the development of annual cost savings initiatives and non-financial goals and metrics
  • Design and implement revenue KPIs for complex revenue streams, including SaaS, recurring, and enterprise revenue
  • Translate strategic plans into annual and quarterly financial plans and analyses
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop the long-term operating model and drive strategic initiatives
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of FP&A processes that provide financial and operational transparency to stakeholders
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to the FP&A function and department to drive long-term scalability and growth
  • Partner with Corporate Support Center and Regional Operations teams to produce monthly reporting packages and related operational drivers
  • Analyze business performance, evaluate KPIs, trends, and market conditions
  • Develop, mentor, and hire a high-performing team to support FP&A functions

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles
  • CPA, MBA, or Private Equity experience
  • Budgeting/Planning/Analytic Tool experience, including Adaptive Insights, Host Analytics, Planful, Anaplan, Vena OneStream, HFM, Alteryx, or Tableau
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and grow a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders
