Job Summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our plasma collection center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the center's compliance with all company SOPs and regulatory requirements, as well as maintaining high-quality standards in production, quality, finance, HR, and IT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all company SOPs and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in data collection and analysis to maintain center quality, efficiency, and profitability
  • Collaborate with the center manager to assist with quality compliance and meet company, regulatory, and customer requirements
  • Develop corrective action plans to address areas of deficiency noted during audits
  • Ensure OSHA regulations and training are followed, and complete all OSHA record keeping and reporting
  • Recruit, train, counsel, and terminate employees, as well as implement corrective action programs
  • Support the center's marketing and advertising efforts
  • Oversee the activities of a team and ensure the center's overall success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and spend 80% of the time standing/walking
