Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with all company SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Participate in data collection and analysis to maintain center quality, efficiency, and profitability
- Collaborate with the center manager to assist with quality compliance and meet company, regulatory, and customer requirements
- Develop corrective action plans to address areas of deficiency noted during audits
- Ensure OSHA regulations and training are followed, and complete all OSHA record keeping and reporting
- Recruit, train, counsel, and terminate employees, as well as implement corrective action programs
- Support the center's marketing and advertising efforts
- Oversee the activities of a team and ensure the center's overall success
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and spend 80% of the time standing/walking
