Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Interpret and explain plans for construction of new projects.
  • Read and apply methods and procedures in drawings and layout work.
  • Partner with the Project Manager/Superintendent to coordinate work schedules of all subcontractors on project(s).
  • Set elevations for grading and paving.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' experience working in the construction field as a grading foreman.
  • Two years' experience supervising grading crews and maintaining equipment.
  • Heavy Highway and Civil Construction experience preferred.
  • High school Diploma, or GED equivalent.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
