We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Detail Manager to join our team at Integro Professional Services, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily functions of our detail shop location, ensuring outstanding customer service and work quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, delegate work, and communicate with dealership departments to schedule associates.
- Monitor dealership activity, ensure proper equipment and staffing, and audit site inventory and equipment weekly.
- Hire, train, motivate, and coach associates to provide attentive and efficient service to our dealers.
- Ensure schedules are done in advance, control labor costs, and drive productivity while meeting quality expectations.
- Build partnerships with dealership departments, resolve conflicts, and ensure high levels of dealer satisfaction.
