PRIMARY DUTIES:
Oversee sensitive issues with utmost confidentiality and discretion, particularly those affecting the company's global operations.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for senior executives. Prepare financial reports for expenses.
Handle incoming calls; accurately relay messages; address inquiries by collecting and providing relevant information, directing non-standard calls to the appropriate personnel.
Demonstrate exceptional communication and time management abilities; consistently meet deadlines.Thrive in a fast-paced environment; undertake additional responsibilities as directed by executives.
Manage the contacts of the Executive.
Respond promptly to emails, texts, and phone calls, including outside of standard business hours.
Greet the Executive's visitors warmly, whether in person or via phone, and manage inquiries effectively.
Exercise discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment in handling C-Level matters.
Represent the organization and the Executive positively through excellent follow-through and decision-making skills.
Optimize the Executive's time by researching, gathering, and analyzing information in advance as needed.
Complete special projects as assigned.
Organize intricate calendars and schedules, addressing any conflicts that arise.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
Over 10 years of relevant experience in an executive assistant capacity supporting C-Level executives.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to communicate in a professional and effective manner.
Flexibility in working hours based on business needs for projects and meetings.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience in the information technology sector.
Familiarity with IT-related terminology and concepts.
Strong business acumen - capable of prioritizing tasks and making informed judgment calls.
Commitment to excellence - consistently perform duties at the highest possible level.
Exceptional communicator - able to engage with individuals at all levels confidently and professionally.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with care.
Team-oriented - possess collaborative experience and approach.
Service-oriented - dedicated to fulfilling the expectations of leadership and senior executives by fostering effective relationships with stakeholders.
