The Staff Nurse works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the delivery of patient care for patients in Sexual Health Clinic (SHC). The Staff Nurse meets patients' needs efficiently and expeditiously by continuously improving the patient's experience, helping to ensure the institutional standards of high-quality patient care, reducing costs and ensuring reimbursement.

Qualifications:

  • RN License
  • Tremendous empathy
  • Ability to overcome challenges and adversity
  • Ambulatory experience preferred – Sexual Health and Infectious Diseases a plus
  • SUD experience a plus
  • Strong assessment and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented and accountable
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a complex setting
  • Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team-based environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Literacy in Spanish, Portuguese or Haitian Creole preferred
  • Microsoft Office and Epic computer literacy preferred
