Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our NICU team. As a Staff Nurse in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency.

Requirements
  • Current registration in Massachusetts.
  • Graduate of an approved nursing school.
  • Current level II or III NICU experience required.
  • Membership in professional organizations is recommended, and certification in a specialty area is encouraged.
