Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a nursing job in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing care for patients in the NICU, both level II and level III infants, and working collaboratively to provide excellent care to patients and families in the safest environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide care for patients in the NICU, including level II and level III infants.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide excellent care to patients and families.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an approved nursing school with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • Experience: Current level II or III NICU experience required.
  • Other: Membership in professional organizations is recommended, and certification in a specialty area is encouraged.
