In response to the growing demand for such analyses, we have made significant investments in assembling a global team of valuation specialists, offering a comprehensive range of valuation services in financial and tax reporting, mergers and acquisitions, complex financial instruments, illiquid assets, and private equity and real estate portfolios.

Our Valuation practice has consistently expanded year after year, establishing itself as one of the most esteemed in the industry. We are now broadening our Valuation Services into the public sector and are in search of seasoned professionals with expertise in valuation and modeling techniques applicable to government contracts and loan programs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in financial modeling and analysis related to government contracts and loan programs.
  • Collaborate with A& M's Public Sector Service practice.
  • Oversee all facets of client engagements, including resource allocation, project management, and budgeting.
  • Develop, refine, and implement financial models for discounted cash flow, guideline market multiples, market transactions, and options valuations.
  • Conduct thorough reviews to ensure the precision of financial models and valuation analyses.
  • Lead the engagement lifecycle, adhering to processes, timelines, and delivering valuation schedules and narrative reports to clients.
  • Foster strong client relationships through exceptional project management, coordination, and execution.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the engagement team.
  • Perform final quality control reviews of reports and other client deliverables.
  • Present findings clearly and articulately to clients, committees, and other stakeholders.
  • Create a learning environment by mentoring staff, leading training sessions, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Collaborate with Managing Directors on practice management and business development initiatives.

Core Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of valuation and modeling experience from a Big 4 firm, reputable consulting firm, investment bank, or independent valuation firm.
  • Strong analytical foundation with advanced knowledge of financial statements and various valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial modeling and analysis concerning government contracts and loan programs.
  • Ability to collaborate with A& M's Public Sector Service practice.
  • Professional qualifications such as CFA/ASA/CPA preferred.
  • Experience in Financial Analysis and Financial Modeling.
  • Familiarity with Capital IQ.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of VBA and Macros is a plus.
  • Strong writing skills with experience in developing presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ambitious, results-oriented self-starter capable of thriving in an entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation:

The annual base salary is competitive, complemented by a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance.
