The Customer Account Coordinator will be an integral part of the organization, working cross-functionally to provide support to customer operations, sales, and marketing. This is a direct hire position with a salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify customer orders, ensuring accurate data entry, confirmation, and timely processing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving order and delivery issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Inside Sales teams to facilitate swift entry of new product orders into the system.
  • Analyze customer forecasts and work to meet delivery deadlines, supporting inventory management.
  • Process daily hub activities, maintain accurate system records, and manage stock replenishments for Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) accounts.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels based on customer usage patterns and ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Track and address inventory discrepancies at VMI hubs, working closely with sales and customers to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with the Planning department to expedite orders and prevent delays, keeping customers informed of critical updates.
  • Manage electronic orders (EDI) and ensure smooth processing of customer orders through online systems.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as planning, warehouse, accounting, and sales to troubleshoot and resolve account-related concerns.
  • Process and track credit memos, debit memos, and return merchandise authorizations (RMA), ensuring timely return processes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM software and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
