Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations: Manage all aspects of store operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions, to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient business processes.
  • Financial Management: Oversee profit and loss, manage cash flow, and optimize financial performance to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Customer Experience: Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and quality products.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales, minimize costs, and improve overall business performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of restaurant supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Strong knowledge of store operations, cost control, and inventory policies
  • Intermediate computer skills including POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Food preparation skills and knowledge of health codes
  • Customer-focused with excellent customer relations skills
