We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative Administrator at Dane Street, LLC.

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative duties related to our customer service process.

Your primary responsibilities will include drafting incoming referrals, completing the intake process, filtering through client emails, and assisting with Dane Street's intake process.

You will also handle outreach emails/calls to clients, select and assign incoming referrals, and invoice referrals on the CSR and QA board.

This role requires a strong understanding of our business lines, excellent communication skills, and the ability to apply critical thinking and manage time efficiently.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Draft incoming referrals with demographic information, diagnosis, requested due date, and specialty.
  • Complete the intake process by closing it according to proper workflow procedures.
  • Filter through client emails providing necessary information to the appropriate referral.
  • Assist with Dane Street's intake process ensuring that incoming referrals, records, fee schedules, etc. are uploaded into the respective case timely.

**Estimated Salary:** $48,000 - $58,000 per year
