About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Fraud Analytics and Risk Mitigation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate fraud across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Fraud Analytics and Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement strategies to prevent and mitigate fraud, including the analysis of data and the development of predictive models.
  • Manage and Lead a Team: Supervise and mentor a team of analysts and risk specialists, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and Implement Governance Frameworks: Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure that risk mitigation strategies are effective and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously develop your knowledge of industry trends and best practices in fraud analytics and risk mitigation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of eight years of experience in fraud analytics and risk mitigation, with at least four years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
