Job Summary

Factory Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a highly skilled Property Loss Control Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engineering consulting and training services to our reinsurance partner company clients.

This role requires a strong technical background in property loss control, with a focus on identifying and mitigating risks. You will work closely with our account managers to identify strategic training opportunities and develop customized training programs for our partner companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engineering consulting and training services to reinsurance partner company clients
  • Identify and mitigate risks through collaborative solutions approach
  • Work with account managers to identify strategic training opportunities
  • Develop customized training programs for partner companies
  • Deliver training programs to partner companies underwriting, loss control, and claims staff
Requirements
  • At least 5 years property loss control background with high level of technical expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional technical competency
  • Dynamic self-starter with strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong hazard analysis, risk identification, and quantification skills
