We're seeking a skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with our businesses and provide consultative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business financial needs and aid in the annual planning process.
  • Prepare financial analyses and models to evaluate strategic business initiatives, capital investments, and new/existing clients and products.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with internal business clients to understand their financial analysis needs.
  • Engage in the annual planning process and quarterly forecasts, taking ownership of financial forecast validation and variance explanation.
  • Prepare and disseminate timely and accurate financial information to support business unit financial resource management.

Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree and/or professional certification (CPA, CFM, or CMA) preferred.
  • Minimum five years of directly related FP&A experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive solutions.
  • Broad knowledge and perspective of Vanguard business, with experience in financial services or consulting preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in Hyperion Essbase and PeopleSoft Financials required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to quickly become knowledgeable in current and future policies, practices, trends, and information affecting Vanguard's business.
