Job Title: Clinical Social Worker Healthcare Facility Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team as a Healthcare Facility Surveyor. As a surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of care provided to residents in long-term care facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct surveys of healthcare facilities to assess compliance with regulatory standards
  • Review and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to address identified issues
  • Collaborate with facility staff to ensure effective implementation of corrective actions
  • Provide training and education to facility staff on regulatory requirements and best practices

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work
  • Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT certification
  • At least two years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities
  • Current licensure to practice as an LCSW
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
