About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinician to join our Developmental Disabilities Crisis Prevention and Court Services Team in the East hub. This position will provide assessment, multifaceted rehabilitative services to clients and families, and staff consultation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply clinical skills to assess client and family needs and formulate assessment and therapeutic recommendations to ameliorate risk factors
  • Design, implement, and direct clinical therapies and rehabilitation programs
  • Provide clinical case management services, emergency, and crisis intervention
  • Evaluate treatment effectiveness and client/family outcomes
  • Presents assessment results to multidisciplinary team and participates in treatment planning
  • Provides forensic services, including court-ordered evaluations
  • Coordinates program with other service providers and community organizations
  • Provides client, family, and community education services
Requirements
  • Licensure in one of the following: Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of court procedures and practices
  • Good knowledge of mental health and developmental disability social services/support services
