Role Responsibilities:

The Account Coordinator is tasked with boosting the number of active subscribers and enhancing product uptake within designated multi-dwelling units by promoting and selling Blue Stream offerings, which include video, high-speed Internet, and voice services. Building and maintaining robust relationships with property management is essential for the successful sale and retention of our products and services. The coordinator will provide ongoing sales support to assigned properties, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Blue Stream's offerings and sales processes to optimize sales outcomes.

Key Duties Include:

  • Updating operational checklists and timelines in the shared platform.
  • Submitting marketing requests for promotional materials throughout the launch phase.
  • Collaborating with billing and IT teams to validate billing codes.
  • Participating in all relevant property meetings.
  • Conducting training sessions on Blue Stream products during the installation phase.
  • Being present throughout the project launch, from registration to installation scheduling.
  • Assisting residents with inquiries regarding Blue Stream products and services.
  • Addressing escalated customer issues on-site.
  • Creating orders and updating accounts using the billing system.
  • Registering new clients for community services.
  • Informing residents about additional service options beyond the bulk agreement.
  • Transitioning projects to normal operations and account management when appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in English; bilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Focus on customer needs and relationship building.
  • Adept at identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
  • Skilled in managing interpersonal dynamics in challenging situations.
  • Ability to ensure timely completion of tasks.
