- Handle and store food in a safe and sanitary manner, following HACCP standard operating procedures.
- Sanitize equipment and work areas according to assigned schedules and procedures.
- Wash and sanitize dishes and utensils.
- Provide exceptional customer service in cafeterias, doctor's dining rooms, and other non-patient locations.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide care or service, adjusting approaches to reflect the developmental level and cultural differences of the population served.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in the English language.
- Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to problem solve effectively.
