Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nutrition Specialist to join our team at Aurora on France, a senior living community in Edina, MN. As a Nutrition Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing and reviewing residents' nutritional status, assisting in menu development, and precepting students. You will also assist in policy and procedure updates and development, and complete MDS, CAA, and care plans for residents as designated. Additionally, you will attend stand-up, wound round, and TCU rounds, and audit care plans and kitchen cleanliness. This is a casual/on-call position with day shift hours and no weekends. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
