Position Summary:
The role of Project Engineer encompasses a blend of project and process engineering responsibilities. You will manage projects with budgets ranging from $50,000 to $1,000,000, which may include site expansions, laboratory enhancements, equipment modifications, and utility improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mass balance calculations
- Specify and select appropriate equipment and materials
- Oversee the installation of equipment
- Assist in the commissioning of plant process equipment, focusing on batch reactors and distillation columns.

Team Environment:
You will collaborate with a diverse team of research scientists, engineers, and production staff, all of whom hold degrees in chemistry or related fields. Our company values teamwork and offers a supportive environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the chemicals, food, or pharmaceutical industries
- Proven track record in designing and executing projects exceeding $100,000, with a strong emphasis on mass balance analysis.
- Candidates with backgrounds as Process Engineers or Process Development Engineers with project experience are encouraged to apply.
