Role Overview:
This position primarily focuses on Project Engineering, with an emphasis on Process Engineering. You will manage projects ranging from $50K to $1MM, which may include site expansions, laboratory enhancements, equipment retrofits, and utility upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mass balances for various projects.
- Specify necessary equipment and materials.
- Oversee the installation of equipment.
- Assist in the startup of plant process equipment, primarily batch reactors and distillation columns.
This facility is supported by a robust research team, diverse engineering professionals, and production staff, many of whom hold degrees in chemistry. The company provides competitive bonuses, a 401k plan, and additional benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the chemicals, food, or pharmaceutical industries.

- Suitable candidates may come from Process Engineering or Process Development backgrounds with relevant project experience.
