The Service Leader is a key member of our restaurant team, responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient service environment. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized service area, including the dining room, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Lead and motivate a team of service staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
  • Assist with training and development of service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant leaders to ensure seamless execution of restaurant operations.
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of restaurant strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a service leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
