About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, equipment, and customer areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a memorable visit for our customers by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of customer and employee accessible areas.
  • Provide the necessary supplies by unloading incoming deliveries and replenishing stock.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Lead the experience by ensuring that maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence.

  • A desire to learn and grow, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
