Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of eight years in a laboratory setting, with at least four years in a supervisory capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications: ASCP Certification and relevant state licensure required.

Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities are essential. Candidates must be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Laboratory Information Systems.
