The Training and Development Manager will work closely with leadership and key staff members to ensure the long-term success of the program. They will be responsible for ongoing leadership, collaboration, and building support among staff members.
The successful candidate will have a combination of strategic thinking, project management, and deep expertise in CNA practices. They will be a dynamic leader who can lead and support the organization in achieving its strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CNA training program
- Research and identify best-in-class practices in CNA training and development
- Design and implement a multi-year development plan for the CNA program
- Collaborate with leadership and key staff members to ensure the long-term success of the program
- Provide ongoing leadership and support to staff members
Requirements:
- Clinical background preferred
