The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical training and development, with experience in designing and implementing training programs for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). They will be responsible for researching best-in-class practices, developing a multi-year development plan, and implementing a phased program implementation.

The Training and Development Manager will work closely with leadership and key staff members to ensure the long-term success of the program. They will be responsible for ongoing leadership, collaboration, and building support among staff members.

The successful candidate will have a combination of strategic thinking, project management, and deep expertise in CNA practices. They will be a dynamic leader who can lead and support the organization in achieving its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CNA training program
  • Research and identify best-in-class practices in CNA training and development
  • Design and implement a multi-year development plan for the CNA program
  • Collaborate with leadership and key staff members to ensure the long-term success of the program
  • Provide ongoing leadership and support to staff members

Requirements:

  • Clinical background preferred
  • Background as a CNA or RN instructor desired
