Job Summary:

The Support Coordinator is a vital member of our team at SKHOV - Shema Kolainu Hear Our Voices. This role requires a caring and job-oriented individual who can build relationships with clients and staff alike. The Coordinator will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, supervising, evaluating, and managing program staff. They will also serve as a liaison between families and care providers, maintaining charts and managing program time sheets submissions. Additionally, they will write and implement staff action plans, provide coverage with participants in the program in the absence of program staff, and ensure compliance with OPWDD and Medicaid regulations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent proficiency with computers, strong organizational skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Arabic or Chinese speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Interview, hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and manage program staff
  • Liaison between families and care providers
  • Maintain charts and manage program time sheets submissions
  • Write and implement staff action plans
  • Provide coverage with participants in the program in the absence of program staff
  • Ensure compliance with OPWDD and Medicaid regulations
  • Complete incident reporting process as per requirements
  • Maintain thorough documentation of services
