We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst I to join our Application Quality and Business Support team. In this junior-level role, you will play a crucial part in executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products before they are deployed to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive UAT test plans for complex software applications.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define UAT objectives and scope, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Create and maintain UAT test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure thorough test coverage.
- Write SQL scripts and utilize Postman to identify test data and validate test cases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with technology, product management, and business teams to incorporate UAT into the agile development process, ensuring seamless integration.
- Participate in risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential issues during UAT, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
- Support the resolution of production issues to minimize downtime and impact on end-users, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain a comprehensive issue log and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and resolve issues, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the software development lifecycle, with a focus on UAT and SQL.
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of software application architecture, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
