Job Summary

As a Guest Experience Expert at The Ritz-Carlton, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests. This includes processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing the highlights of the local area. You will be empowered to move about your space and do what needs to be done to create a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Complete reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Share the highlights of the local area with guests and provide recommendations for their stay.
  • Move about the space and take a hands-on approach to work, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
