Ecommerce Cigar Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Cigar Sales Professional to join our team at Pairings Cigar Bar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our e-commerce strategy, managing our online store, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Ecommerce Responsibilities:

  • Packing and shipping orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Building and maintaining our online store, including adding new products and updating product information.
  • Interacting with customers via email and telephone to resolve issues and drive sales.
  • Processing orders on our website and in our retail management systems.
  • Working with our owners to develop strategies and execute initiatives for ecommerce revenue growth.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives to enhance our online and mail-order business.

Retail Operations Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring in-depth knowledge of our Clover Retail Point-of-Service system to ensure optimal use of all features.
  • Responsible for the ongoing merchandising of our cigars and accessories.
  • Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of our menus – both online and print.
  • Delivering the Pairings experience to customers, including helping them select cigars and preparing orders for drinks and food.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with computers and programs such as Microsoft Office software and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with or ability to learn e-commerce platforms ShipStation, Swell, and Builder.io.
  • Self-driven, strong work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Passion for cigars and the cigar industry, with a willingness to learn.
  • Aptitude to be detail-oriented and process work in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal customer-facing communication skills.
  • Desire to contribute creatively to various marketing and media efforts.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and basic HTML.
  • Valid license.
  • Ability to bend, push, and lift 25 pounds regularly.
