Dental Implant Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities
- Guide patients through the consultative sales process, ensuring they understand and feel confident about their dental implant options.
- Educate patients on advanced implant solutions like All-on-Four, helping them make informed decisions.
- Build trust and rapport with patients, fostering a positive experience throughout their dental journey.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless coordination from consultation to procedure.
- Drive patient referrals by fostering relationships with existing patients.
- Work closely with doctors and general managers to meet sales and patient care goals.
Requirements
- 2 years of Sales experience required, direct to consumer consultative sales preferred.
- Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- A confident approach and an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to think outside the box.
- Must possess thorough and consistent follow-up skills.
- Experience using a contact tracking system.
