CBD Kratom is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a Sales and Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales through a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a best-in-industry customer experience through genuine, relationship-based interactions.
- Use the CBD Kratom Selling Behaviors to engage with every customer and help them find the best products for their needs.
- Take pride in training and continuously learning, broadening your knowledge of all things cannabis and kratom.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and maintain store standards.
- Perform routine tasks, including standing, lifting, and cleaning, while maintaining a safe and organized store environment.
About You:
- You have a passion for interacting with people and building strong relationships.
- You are available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- You are knowledgeable about cannabis and kratom products and are eager to learn more.
- You are a team player who is willing to assist with tasks and maintain a positive attitude.
- You are at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
