Billing Customer Support Specialist

As a key member of our Billing team, you will focus on managing payments and invoicing for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to the Sales Teams at Total Quality Logistics. This position will handle incoming accounting-related inquiries through various channels, emphasizing problem-solving, customer satisfaction, and relationship building.

- Process incoming documentation related to billing and accounts payable
- Ensure all documents are accurate and fully completed
- Make outbound calls to address documentation issues
- Collaborate with sales teams and customers to resolve any billing discrepancies
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients regarding billing and payment inquiries
- Work collaboratively with other sales support teams to address billing and payment challenges
- Serve as a communication bridge between Sales and Accounting
- Identify and escalate billing or process-related issues as necessary
- Availability to work during standard business hours
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
- Strong communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
