Position Summary

The Spa Operations Supervisor is responsible for guiding the Spa team, managing products, and creating an inviting environment to deliver an exceptional Spa experience that encourages repeat visits and boosts product and service sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all necessary licenses and certifications for the role and monitor that all team members adhere to these requirements.
  • Exemplify and promote confidentiality and discretion regarding guest information and discussions.
  • Oversee daily assignments, employee performance, and guest interactions within the Spa.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels to maintain guest satisfaction, safety, and cleanliness within the Spa.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction while upholding business integrity.
  • Compile and analyze daily reports, highlighting trends and significant points for department management.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and create retail displays that captivate guest interest and drive sales.
  • Innovate strategies to enhance revenue generation.
  • Commit to responsible gaming and alcohol service by discreetly reporting any concerns to management.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free working environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures as outlined by company standards.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, evaluate, and retain team members who embody the company's core values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion, and Dedication.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, alongside three to five years of experience in customer service or guest relations, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
  • At least three years of supervisory experience is essential, with a minimum of one year in Luxury Spa Leadership.
  • A four-year degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
