Job Summary

Bison Group LLC is seeking a highly skilled Network Support/Installation Technician III to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for analyzing, administering, and maintaining telecommunications and network cabling infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex network cabling issues
  • Install, maintain, and repair voice and data communications systems
  • Interpret service orders, circuit diagrams, and electrical schematics
  • Test, locate, install, and repair cabling infrastructure associated with trouble calls
  • Verify work order information and receipt of all necessary equipment and information
  • Document network by labeling and routing equipment and cables; recording configuration diagrams and specifications
  • Maintain network by troubleshooting and repair outages; testing network back-up procedures; updating documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to the position; an additional 4 years of experience be substituted in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum six (6) years of relevant experience in addition to education level
  • Must possess current DoD 8570 IAT II or IAM II certification
  • Experience working in a DoD or IC environment desired
  • Current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
