As a Data Center Project Assistant, you will provide administrative support to Data Center Project Managers, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks, including badge requests, vendor onboarding, and project funding submissions
  • Coordinate project input requests, changes to risk assessments, and method of procedure templates
  • Track delivery of materials with the Power and Cooling Supply team and coordinate internal equipment transfers
  • Procure IT equipment, update Procore, and manage requests for access
  • Provide miscellaneous project support, including closeout documents and team wiki updates
