Job Title: Customer Experience Director

EmblemHealth is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Director to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of customer experience strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric solutions that meet the evolving needs of our members.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop remediation plans to address customer pain points.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing Quality team to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive business decisions that prioritize customer needs and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or social services related field.
  • 10-12+ years of relevant professional work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in healthcare or managed care.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in driving customer experience initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong change leadership, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence business decisions with data-driven facts.
