Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Director to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, as well as the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of customer experience strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Conduct root cause analysis and drive process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Develop and manage quality programs to measure and improve customer experience
  • Lead and develop a team of customer experience professionals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or social services related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer experience or related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions
  • Proficient in MS Office and analysis tools
What We Offer
