Customer Experience Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Director to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, as well as the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of customer experience strategies and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Develop and manage quality programs to measure and improve customer experience
- Lead and develop a team of customer experience professionals
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or social services related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer experience or related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions
- Proficient in MS Office and analysis tools
We offer a competitive salary range of $105,000-$195,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
