Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a host, your primary duty is to ensure that our patrons feel welcomed and enjoy a memorable experience from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests promptly upon entry.
  • Escorting visitors to their designated tables.
  • Managing reservations and handling phone inquiries.
  • Providing accurate wait time estimates.
  • Seating guests in a way that allows servers to efficiently attend to their needs.
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting lobby area.
  • Completing any side tasks before the end of your shift.
  • Performing any additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication skills and phone manners.
  • Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
  • Capability to stand for at least 4 hours during a shift.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Team-oriented mindset and effective collaboration with management and servers.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
