Key Responsibilities
- Phone Communication: Manage incoming calls, confirm reservations, take messages, and follow up with overdue customers.
- Fleet Management: Oversee the rental fleet, ensuring proper mileage tracking, fuel levels, and timely service, including oil changes and tire rotations. Document any vehicle damage during check-in and manage customer charges accordingly.
- Vehicle Detailing: Responsible for cleaning and detailing rental vehicles, with all necessary equipment provided.
- Insurance Assistance: Support customers in filing insurance claims when accidents occur, with training provided to handle various situations.
- Payment Processing: Collect payments from customers and accurately record transactions using dealer management software.
- Administrative Duties: Organize and maintain paperwork, file documents, and ensure the workspace remains tidy. Account for all purchase orders and due bills.
