Customer Service Representative

At SIXT USA, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their rental experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, gather feedback, and improve their future rental experience.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure customers take all personal belongings, discreetly check vehicles for damage, and direct any issues to the appropriate channels.
- Service Excellence: Advise customers on rental charges, provide accurate receipts, and ensure a clear and customer-focused process.
- Vehicle Management: Identify and tag vehicles for maintenance or grounding, and ensure they are moved to the correct location.
- Adaptability: Work in various weather conditions and be willing to take on additional tasks to support business needs.
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Licenses & Authorization: At least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Work Hours & Travel: Able to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, and open to travel (5-10%), some of which may be by airplane.
- Uniform & Language: Willing to wear a company uniform and speaking other languages is a plus.
